Gender Equity Committee

Purpose

The Gender Equity Committee’s primary purpose is to collaborate with the University leadership to design meaningful actions to implement recommendations of the President’s Gender Equity Task Force, including prioritizing, clarifying, revising and interpreting the recommendations as needed.

Activities

In September 2023, the Gender Equity Committee published its 2022-2023 report, documenting progress to date, highlighting activities within each of our schools and recommending next steps to advance gender equity at Georgetown.
