Faculty and Staff/AAP Cultural Climate Surveys

Georgetown University administered its first cultural climate surveys for faculty and staff/AAPs from October 12 through November 9, 2022. The assessments enable the University to gain insight into the experiences of all faculty and staff/AAPs related to workplace experience, inclusion and diversity; identify areas for improvement; inform strategic planning; and enhance initiatives and support systems to foster a diverse and inclusive campus environment.
